This is a very desirable rifle for the US Army collector. These rifles are manufactured with the original GI M1919 parts kit mounted on a newly made NFA legal semi-auto plate/receiver. During the manufacturing process they are engineered or modified to be able to shoot semi-automatic only making them fully NFA / ATF compatible. The Model 1919 machine gun was developed and fielded shortly after World War I and saw heavy use during World War II, Korea, and even Vietnam. They have proven to be one of the most durable, reliable and effective machine guns and have been used extensively by the US Army and USMC. This model is built to duplicate the weight, feel, function and fire (in semi-automatic mode) of the original 1919A6 rifles. The side of the receiver is marked "US GOVERNMENT / MODEL 1919 A4 / A6 MACHINE GUN / CALIBER .30 SEMI AUTO / VERNONIA OR". via serial number, 000317. Includes Israeli marked tripod adjustable for offset and elevation, Israeli marked stock, front bipod, non-disintegrating cloth ammo belt, cloth magazine, Whammer II Gatling style trigger attachment, large number of disintegrating steel belt links, two technical manuals and an ATF design approval letter as a semi-automatic firearm only.

Excellent with 95% plus original green parkerized finish remaining, a few small scratches and nicks, and handling marks throughout. Mechanically, it needs adjustment. The tripod is very good with scratches and light chipping of the paint. The accessories are usually very good.
